Matte & Glow – Placing Orders

You can order quickly and easily online.

Step 1. Shipping Information

Please provide precise address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

Matte & Glow offers FREE 4-7 DAY STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders C$50 or more (excluding taxes). For shipments totalling less than C$50, there is a delivery charge of C$7.95 for standard shipping. Express shipping is C$11.95. You have the option to select gift packaging (products are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a durable cardboard box). You can also add a personalized gift message to your order.

Step 2. Payment Information

Matte & Glow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.. During the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order. If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can enter by expanding the Promotions section.

Step 3. Order Review

Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on ‘select’ for section you want to edit. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click “Place Order.”

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Matte & Glow, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, products ordered and prices, any promotional coupons. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You may return your items free of charge.

Return of Online Purchases By Mail

If you are not completely satisfied with a Matte & Glow purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below, In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Follow these 3 easy steps to return your items by mail.

Step 1: Complete the Return Form on the packing slip

Fill out the form on the packing slip included in your original package. Include the Return Form with your item(s). Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary. Return form is located at the bottom of the packing slip.

Step 2: Print your FREE Return Shipping Label

Download a printable, free, return label here and tape it to the front of your box.

Step 3: Ship your return

Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it using the Canada Postal Service (Canada Post). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Items shipped to Matte & Glow outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

Return of Online Purchases In Store

Visit our west Edmonton Mall store location to return your item(s) purchased through Matteandglow.com Please bring your order summary as well as the credit card or PayPal account information you used to place your order. A staff member will process your return or exchange at the Matte & Glow store – it’s that easy!

Note: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to Matte & Glow error..

Returns must be received in store within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you return your online purchase in store after the return window, we will gladly offer you a product exchange or merchandise credit.

Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases

We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account (whichever form of payment you used for the original purchase), for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any new or gently used item that you return within the returns window.

For returns by mail, please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

When returning online purchases by mail or in store, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Beauty Insider points associated with your return will be removed when the transaction is processed.

Gift Returns

If you are returning a gift, please visit your local store to return within 30 days.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges when you return online purchases by mail. If you would like to make an exchange, please visit our store location.

In Store Purchases

In Store Purchases must be returned at a retail location.

Items purchased in store and returned within 30 days of your original purchase date along with your receipt will be refunded or exchanged at your preference. Refunds will be processed in the same tender as your original purchase. All applicable taxes as required by law will be included.

Items accompanied by a receipt but returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. Instead we will gladly offer to you a product exchange or merchandise credit.

Items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to Matte & Glow refund and exchange policy.

Any products not accompanied by a receipt and not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Matte & Glow may choose, at its discretion, to accept product refunds and exchanges for items purchased in store, and such refunds and exchanges will then be in accordance with the Refund and Exchange Policies outlined above. All eligible transactions can only be processed in Canadian dollars and we must apply all federal and provincial taxes as required by law. We are not able to make any adjustments for currency valuation.

Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Matte & Glow. Matte & Glow reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Matte and Glow will respect any additional return rights that you may have under applicable provincial laws, including any refund rights with respect to purchases made on Matteandglow.com
